Customer service associate and Production Assistant

We're currently looking for a customer service associate and production assistant who is friendly, good with people, a self-starter, reliable and is able to multitasking. 

Training pay ranges between $17- $20 

* We are not currently looking for part-time or summer help.

Full-time Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 to 5:00. Wednesday 9:00 to 2:00

Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable source of transportation.
• Must be friendly and outgoing in order to provide excellent customer service.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times.
• Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.

Customer service duties

• Greeting customers
• Taking customer orders
• Completing transactions on the cash register
• Restocking and ordering
• Maintaining a clean store environment
